The 5 Minute Daily Reset Ritual

This is where healing begins.

Morning sunlight (2–5 minutes)Step outside within 30 minutes of waking. No sunglasses.This resets your circadian rhythm and cortisol rhythm.

Slow breathing (3 minutes)Inhale 4 seconds Exhale 6 seconds Repeat 20 times.

Long exhales signal safety to the brain.

Grounding Bare feet on grass or soil for 2 minutes.
